Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cvscustoms@gmail.com with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong Model Ordered Because our trays are model-specific, please double-check your VW Kombi model (T5, T6, or T6.1) before ordering. If an incorrect product is ordered, the cost of returning the item is for the buyer's account. Once the item is received back in its original, unused condition, we will exchange it for the correct model or issue a refund less the original shipping cost.
Conditions for Returns
- Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order contact us immediately at cvscustoms@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the return policy above will apply.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
