All Custom Van Solutions orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number.
To track your shipment you'll need:
- Your tracking number — found in your shipping confirmation email (e.g. PWKFXN)

Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order is fulfilled. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll look it up for you.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Main centres (JHB, CPT, DBN): 1–3 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
